Snow Plow – Adult Corrections Facility

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Adult Corrections Program will be accepting sealed bids for a period of 15 days for the purchase of one (1) snow plow. 

Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked (RST ACF Snow Plow RFP 20-042) on the front of the envelope. Failure to mark the envelope will result in a no-bid and will be mailed back to the sender. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe will not accept emailed, faxed and/or telephone bids. Sealed bids will be accepted until February 27, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. All bids will be publicly opened on February 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the RST Treasurer’s Office at 11 Legion Avenue, Rosebud, SD.

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities or accept any bid or combination thereof which appears to serve the best interest of the Tribe. Award of the bid will be subject to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe business regulatory requirements. Bidders must provide proof they are not currently suspended, debarred, or voluntary excluded from or determined to be ineligible for bidding by any federal agency.
