CITY OF MISSION
June 5, 2019
The Mission City Council met in regular session at 6:00 p.m. on June 5, 2019 at the Mission City Office. Members present were: Mayor Herman and Council Members Story, Littau, Marshall, Tucker, Guerue, Folkers and Brave. Others present: Barry Bailey, Kevin Thanrow, Warren Arganbright, Leonard and Deb Davis, Frank Iron Heart, Rosie Iron Heart, Will Guerue, Greg Grimshaw and Jena Gray.
Motion by Story, seconded by Tucker to approve the agenda as submitted. (All other motions are unanimous unless otherwise stated).
Motion by Littau, seconded by Folkers to approve the minutes of May 22, 2019.
Leonard Davis addressed the council regarding his bill for repairing his service line. There was discussion if the issue was in the main sewer line or his service line. The mayor will gather additional information and report back. No motions were made.
Motion by Tucker, seconded by Littau to appoint Dan Brave to Ward II seat A alderman. NV Folkers & Guerue
Motion by Tucker, seconded by Story to appoint Tom Gueure to Ward II seat B alderman. NV Guerue
Oath of office was taken by Brave and Guerue.
Barry Bailey gave a report of police activities. Officer Wright is scheduled to attend the law enforcement academy in August
Greg Grimshaw, Chairman of the Todd County Commissioners addressed the council regarding the possibility of the County and City joining together for law enforcement. No motions were made.
Motion by Story, seconded by Littau to surplus 3 glock 40 handguns from the police department.
Motion by Story, seconded by Marshall to approve payment of bills.

Motion by Littau, seconded by Brave to appoint Tucker as Council President. NV Tucker
Motion by Story, seconded by Marshall to appoint Brave as Council Vice President. NV Brave
There was discussion on road repairs and nuisance properties. No motions were made.
Motion by Littau, seconded by Gueure to adjourn at 6:45 p.m.
