The Mission City Council met in regular session at 6:00 p.m. on February 20, 2019 at the Mission City Office. Members present were: Mayor Herman and Council Members Littau, Story, Marshall, Guerue, and Tucker. Others present: Patricia Arcoren and Lucile Arcoren.
Motion by Story, seconded by Guerue to approve the agenda as submitted. (All other motions are unanimous unless otherwise stated).
Motion by Littau, seconded by Guerue to approve the minutes of January 23, 2019.
Written police reports were reviewed.
Motion by Story, seconded by Littau to hire Clinton Wright as police officer at $10/hr.
Motion by Guerue, seconded by Tucker to approve payment of bills.

Patricia and Lucile Arcoren addressed the council about getting new play ground equipment at the city park. The council supports their request to begin fund
Motion by Story, seconded by Tucker to approve pawn licenses for Mike’s Pawn.
Motion by Story, seconded by Tucker to approve amendment #2 to the South Dakota Maintenance and Encroachment Agreement #614712 and to authorize Mayor Herman to sign the agreement.
Motion by Littau, seconded by Tucker to give all employees a $0.50/hr raise retroactive to Jan, 1, 2019. except Clayton Wright, Clinton Wright and Milton Wright their raise with be reevaluated in 6 months
