Minutes

March 20, 2019

The Mission City Council met in regular session at 6:00 p.m. on March 20, 2019 at the Mission City Office. Members present were: Mayor Herman and Council Members Story, Marshall, Tucker, and Folkers. Others present: TJ Gunhammer, Ken Provencial, Beau Beauvais, and Barry Bailey. 

Motion by Story, seconded by Tucker to approve the agenda as submitted. (All other motions are unanimous unless otherwise stated). 

Motion by Story, seconded by Marshall to approve the minutes of February 20, 2019.

Barry Bailey gave a report on police activities. 

Motion by Folkers, seconded by Tucker to approve payment of bills.

TJ Gunhammer and Ken Provencial addressed the Council with SWA and the Rosebud Fire Departments updated protocol involving fires at SWA property. No motions were made.

Motion by Story, seconded Tucker to approve Resolution 2019-01 entitled A resolution of the City Council of Mission declaring its support for, and adoption of, the Todd County Multi-Jurisdiction Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan. Roll call Vote all ayes. 

There was discussion on buying active members of the Fire Department jackets, road repairs were also discussed.
