The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Health Administration will be accepting sealed bids for a period of 60 days for the Dialysis Unit. Rosebud Sioux Tribe Health Administration is seeking proposals from prospective firms/vendors for the purpose of selecting a provider of dialysis services, in-center Acute Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis. Background - The Rosebud Sioux Tribe, whose reservation is located principally in Todd County, South Dakota, is a federally recognized Indian Tribe. Expectations - The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has high expectations of the firms/vendors it selects to work with its tribal members. It is expected that the respondent will provide quality products and service at the lowest price available in the market, but just as important is the expectation that these products and services are provided in a manner that exhibits the highest level of ethics, professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Sealed Bids should be submitted with a sealed envelope clearly marked Dialysis Unit on front of the envelope. Failure to mark envelope will result in a no bid and will be mailed back to sender. Rosebud Sioux Tribe will not accept e-mail, fax and or telephone bids. Sealed bids will be accepted until May 1, 2019. All bids will be publicly opened on May 2, 2019, at the TECRO Office.

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to reject any or/and all bids, waive informalities, or accept any bid or combination thereof which appears to serve the best interest of the tribe. Award of the project will be subject to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe regulatory requirements. Bidders must provide proof of suspension and debarment certification.
