October 10, 2018
The Mission City Council met in regular session at 6:00 p.m. on October 10, 2018 at the Mission City Office. Members present were: Mayor Herman and Council Members Littau, Folkers, Story, Marshall, and Tucker. Others present: Barry Bailey, Kevin Thranow, Whitney Jones and Scott Herman in at 6:06 p.m.
Motion by Story, seconded by Littau to approve the agenda as submitted. (All other motions are unanimous unless otherwise stated).
Motion by Littau, seconded by Story to approve the minutes of September 19, 2018.
Barry Bailey gave a report of police activities.
Motion by Littau, seconded by Story to end employee probation of Andrew Red Bear with a $2.50/hr raise.
Motion by Folkers, seconded by Tucker to approve payment of bills.

Scott Herman and the council discussed various options for reopening the swimming pool.
Motion by Story, seconded by Folkers to place Ordinance 2018-01 Entitled “2019 Annual Appropriation Ordinance” on second reading and to pass and approve. Roll call vote, all ayes.
Motion by Littau, seconded by Tucker to accept employee resignation of Cole Dubray.
Motion by Folkers, seconded by Story to hire Clayton Wright as maintenance laborer at $12.50/hr, adjust Lloyd Larvie’s wage to $12.75 and transfer Brandon Watson to the maintenance department.
Motion by Story, seconded by Littau to adjourn.
