The October 9, 2018 Regular Meeting of the Todd County School District Board of Education was held in the Curriculum Center of the Administration Building.

Board Vice President Debra Boyd called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. All motions carried unanimously, unless otherwise stated.

Motion by Bordeaux, second by Means to adopt the agenda.

Motion by Bordeaux, second by Means to approve the Third Reading and Adoption of School Board Policies: Section H Negotiations, and Section I Instruction.

Motion by Means, second by Allen to appoint Linda Bordeaux, Board Member, and Marlys Walkling, Administrator, to the 2019-20 Calendar Committee.

Motion by Means, second by Allen to appoint Board Members Sandra Dillon and Michelle Allen to negotiate with the Todd County Teachers Association, and Board Members Bordeaux and Means to negotiate with Education Support Personnel, and to open negotiations.

Motion by Bordeaux, second by Allen that the Board of Education adopt the Retention Bonus Resolution and in its sole discretion, offer the agreement, Exhibit I, to those teachers the Board selects to receive said bonus, as certified.

Motion by Means, second by Bordeaux to reconsider the Housing Stipend and rescind the policy, effective October 9, 2018.
