Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PSE) for
Beads Creek Bridge Project

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe is soliciting sealed bids for the Plans. Specifications, and Estimates (PSE) for
Beads Creek Bridge Project pursuant to Bid No. 18-006.
The site location is within South Dakota in Todd County on the Rosebud Indian Reservation and on the BIA Route 301 along Little White River near the tribal community of Grass Mountain, or south-west of Rosebud, SD. Specifically Section 3, T31N, R31W, 6th PM; or Longitude 43* 12’ 7.43” and Latitude 100* 58’ 3.60” W.
The design plans shall be drafted from the South Dakota Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, 2014 Edition. The Engineer firm shall not commence work without a signed Agreement by both Parties and the Notice to Proceed. A Preliminary set of plans shall be submitted within sixty (60) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. A mid-term (30 days) review between both Parties shall be held on the progress of the Project. The PSE shall be submitted as acceptable and final (30 days) after the mid-term date of the review with both Parties.
Sealed Bids will be accepted until December 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Bids will be publicly opened December 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. CST. At the TECRO Office located in Rosebud, South Dakota.
Sealed Bids will be accepted within a sealed envelope marked “Bid No.18-006: Beads Creek Bridge – PSE”. Failure to do so shall result as a “No Bid” and will be mailed back to the remitter. Bidders shall provide proof of suspension debarment EPLS certification. The Tribe shall not accept email, fax, or telephone bids. Remitters shall mail certified or hand deliver ten (10) copies of the bid to:

• The Tribe shall retain the right to reject any or all bids that are not in the best interest of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.
