RFP: Rosebud Sioux Tribe

Road Maintenance Department

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Road Maintenance Department is accepting sealed bids beginning on January 24, 2018 and ending on February 6, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. Bids will be opened on February 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the RST Administration building in the Treasurer’s office.

Bids for (1) one new one ton dually diesel 4x4 cab and chassis pickup truck Bid #18-010

Bids for (1) one new ½ ton extended cab 4x4 pickup truck powered by a gas engine Bid #18-011

Sealed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: Bid #18-010 for one new one ton dually diesel 4x4 cab and chassis pickup truck and Bid #18-011 one new ½ ton extended cab 4x4 pickup truck powered by a gas engine. Failure to mark envelope will result in a no bid and will be mailed back to sender. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe will not accept e-mail, fax or telephone.

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to eject any or an all bids, waive informalities or accept any bid or combination thereof which appears to serve the best interest of the Tribe. Award of the project will be subject to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Business regulatory requirements.
