CITY OF MISSION
October 11, 2017
The Mission City Council met in regular session at 6:00 p.m. on October 11, 2017 at the Mission City Office. Members present were: Mayor Herman and Council Members Littau, Story, Marshall, Guerue, Tucker, and Folkers. Others present: Don Pettigrew, Barry Bailey, and Kara Walkling in at 6:15 p.m.
Motion by Story, seconded by Littau to approve the agenda as submitted. (All other motions are unanimous unless otherwise stated).
Motion by Littau, seconded by Guerue to approve the minutes of September 6, 2017
Barry Bailey gave a report of police activities.
Motion by Littau, seconded by Story to hire Derrick Denoyer as police officer at $12.00/hr.
Motion by Folkers, seconded by Littau to approve payment of bills.
Motion by Tucker, seconded by Folkers to table approving the fire departments order from The Fire Store, would like to see an additional quote. Opposed Littau and Story.

Motion by Littau, seconded by Story to approve list of volunteer fireman. List on file at City Office.
Motion by Littau, seconded by Folkers to accept Country Pride’s propane bid of $1.07/gallon.
Motion by Story, seconded by Guerue to adjourn at 6:46 p.m.
