Minutes

August 2, 2017

The Mission City Council met in regular session at 6:00 p.m. on August 2, 2017 at the Mission City Office. Members present were: Mayor Herman and Council Members Littau, Story, Marshall, Folkers, Guerue and Tucker. Others present: Barry Bailey and Glen Marshall.

Motion by Story, seconded by Guerue to approve the agenda as submitted. (All other motions are unanimous unless otherwise stated). 

Motion by Littau, seconded by Story to approve the minutes of July12, 2017

Barry Bailey gave a report on police activities. 

Motion by Folkers, seconded by Littau to approve payment of bills.

Motion by Tucker, seconded by Story to transfer $100,717.20 from restricted cash in the sewer fund to regular cash to be used to pay off the Rural Development Sewer Improvement loan in the amount of $131,269.67.

Motion by Story, seconded by Guerue to appoint Heather Petersen as representative to the Cherry Todd Annual Meeting.

Motion by Folkers, seconded by Story to proceed with the recommended improvements to the swimming pool estimates in the range of $118,000.00

Motion by Story, seconded by Folkers to adjourn at 6:30 p.m.
